Terms and Conditions

1.  All credit card transactions are performed in US Dollars.
2.  The buyer agrees to be over 18 years of age, in good mental health, and capable of making their own decisions and representations. The statements and products shown on www.kratomtradingco.com have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration, and the products on www.kratomtrading.com are not approved by FDA for human consumption or use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Those seeking treatment for a specific disease should consult a qualified physician. 
3. In case of any product misuse rather than research purposes the buyer is fully responsible for any consequences regarding health condition or any other possible damages. Kratom Trading Company is not liable for any buyer's misuse of the product sold on this web site.
4. Any issues and mistakes regarding the orders received by the customers have to be reported within 5 business days after the package was delivered. The customer will have to provide the picture or the packing slip and of all  the items that were received. The additional information might be requested by the KTC representative on case to case basis. 
5. Representatives of Kratom Trading Company do not make any recommendations or give any advise on how to use the products sold on this web site. The information on our "What is Kratom" link was obtained from various sources and is for educational purposes only. None of the information on this web site expresses the views of kratomtradingco.com. This website and all of its contents are for educational purposes only.
6. Kratom Trading Company can not guarantee the consistency  of the products. The quality of the products may vary from batch to batch. We also do not accept the opened containers back and all the transactions on our web site are final. The returns of the unopened bags are handled on case to case basis within 5 business days after the package was delivered.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Terms

1. If the package is free or Prioriy Mail shipping, the USPS web site says:  "Expected delivery day is estimated delivery day based on the origin and destination of your package. Delivery on a specific day is not guaranteed." This means that we are not responsible for any delays after the package was shipped.
2. If the package is Priority Mail Express and it is not delivered on the expected day, the shipping cost will be refunded as soon as the customer informs us about the delay in delivery. In this case the customer has to inform us about the incident not later than 25 days after the package was delivered in order to receive the shipping cost refund. The standard priority mail packages are not eligible for shipping cost refund in case of the delay in delivery of the package.
3. We reship packages or may consider a payment refund only in case when  the package is lost on the way to the destination and USPS admits it, or when due to the mistake in the shipping address the package comes back to us (in this case the customer will have to provide us with  the correct shipping address  for reshipping, extra shipping charges may apply.)
4. The buyer is responsible to provide us with correct shipping address. If the buyer provides us  wrong shipping address and the package is nor delivered to him neither comes back to us, the order payment will not be refunded.
5. In case the USPS claims that the package that was shipped to the customer was delivered, but the customer says he didn't receive it, we will not be able to ship a replacement because there's no actual evidence for us that the package wasn't delivered. Kratom Trading Company will not be responsible for any mailbox thefts or USPS delivery mistakes, and in case the package was delivered, but stolen from receiver's mailbox/porch/property or misplaced by the USPS worker, the post office claim will have to be opened by the receiver and his local post office will have to investigate and handle this issue on the local level.

Returns and Refunds

1. Returns are accepted only in the original  packaging unopened (sealed gold bags) . 
2. Return requests are accepted no more than 5 business days after the package was received by the customer.
3. If  the return is caused by the mistake made by Kratom Trading Co, the return shipping label will be provided to the customer.
4. If the return is initiated by the customer who received the correct items, but has personal reasons for the return, Kratom Trading Company will provide the return shipping label, but the shipping cost for both locations to and from the customer will be subtracted at the time of the refund from the total that customer paid for his order.
5. Refunds are possible only back to the original credit/debit/gift card that customer used for payment.
6. Refunds initiated due to reasons mentioned in paragraph 3 of the returns and refunds policy, are issued in full. Refunds initiated due to customer's personal reasons, are issued partially (counted total minus shipping to both locations minus 10% restocking fee)
7. Refunds are issued only after the return is received and inspected by KTC representatives. In case of any broken or removed seals found, refund for those items will not be issued.
