FDA Moves to Ban Kratom Internationally via the W.H.O. & U.N.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) published a notice in the Federal Register on 07/23/2021.
Our “good friends” at the FDA are going behind the backs of the American people and asking the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) & U.N. to ban kratom internationally.
The FDA lost a fair fight to ban Kratom against the well educated citizens and law makers of the United States, but are unwilling to accept the people’s voice. Instead they are running to unelected foreign groups to help them dictate which plants you can legally have on behalf of big pharma who wants to remove your ability to use natural alternatives to their over priced and toxic drugs.
Let your voice be heard once again and provide the American Kratom Association with your statement on why Kratom should remain unscheduled and unbanned internationally.
The American Kratom Association is collecting comments from kratom consumers to submit in response to the FDA.
Responses to the notice will help inform the federal government’s stance on kratom scheduling in advance of an October meeting of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Expert Committee on Drug Dependence, where international officials will discuss whether Kratom will be globally scheduled.
SO WE MUST COLLECT AS MANY KRATOM CONSUMER COMMENTS AS POSSIBLE BY AUGUST 9TH 2021! These “formal comments” will be used as proof that kratom shouldn’t be banned.
