Types of Kratom You decided to shop for Kratom online, but you may not be sure which products are best suited for your needs. This Kratom guide is designed to help provide you with some basic information to get you started, and to help you decide which types of Kratom may interest you. Let's take a look at some of the different varieties of Kratom, and how they can be categorized. We will divide this Kratom Guide into four groups by vein type, and region from where the Kratom leaf originated. When I refer to vein-type I am describing the network of stems and veins that transport water and nutrients throughout the leaves of our wonderful little Kratom plant. Generally our Kratom leaf will fall into one of these four groups, which are Red Vein, White Vein, Green Vein, and the separated Stem/Vein. First, let's talk about Red Vein Kratom. Reds show an excellent ability to possibly reduce pain, and they are known for having a relaxing effect. This may be great for people suffering from a lack of sleep due to pain or insomnia. Red Vein also helps to open the senses, encouraging feelings of well-being, safety, comfort, and all around warmth. Next, we have the White and Yellow Veins, which tend to be more stimulating, and some may describe a cleaner experience when compared to the Red Vein. White Vein Kratom is known to give extra endurance and is used traditionally to increase productivity, training, and exercise. Concentration and focus are said to be increased, and sexual desire and performance are said to be powerfully heightened. White leaves are also regularly taken to possibly ease social anxiety and depression-related symptoms. For this reason, it’s known as the most social of the strains. Yellow vein Kratom is made out of the young white vein leaves which still have yellow colored vein. This kratom gives a super energizing and stimulating effect. The third group by vein color would be the Green Vein, which is not as energetic as the White or as sedative as the Reds, The Greens are generally considered to fall somewhere in between. Green Vein Kratom is a good all round Kratom strain, because it has excellent energy promoting qualities, is great for motivation, calming, and still may provide good pain-relieving experience. Now that we have all the types of veins covered that just leaves us with the other part of the name, which describes the region where a particular Kratom is found. Let's use "Sumatra White Vein" for example, so after applying what we know this is a white vein strain from Sumatra an island in western Indonesia. I hope this Kratom Guide may help some of you to better understand these wonderful varieties of Kratom.
